META4 is a software platform for money transfer operators, developed and operated by CSS.COM.GR , registered in GREECE.

This privacy policy applies solely to this website — the public-facing presentation of the META4 platform. It does not govern the META4 application itself or data processed within it on behalf of our clients.

If you have any questions about this policy, see Section 7.

This is a presentation website. We collect very little data, and only for two reasons: understanding how people use the site, and responding to enquiries.

  • Usage and behavioural data via Google Analytics (anonymous, aggregated)
  • Contact information you voluntarily submit through our contact form (name, email, message)
  • Technical data automatically logged by the server (IP address, browser type, referring URL) — standard for any website

We do not collect payment data, sell data to third parties, or build advertising profiles.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with this site — which pages are visited, how long people stay, and where traffic comes from. This data is anonymous and aggregated; we cannot identify you personally from it.

Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to make this tracking possible. The relevant cookies are:

  • _ga — distinguishes unique users, expires after 2 years
  • _ga_[ID] — session tracking for GA4, expires after 2 years

You can opt out. If you prefer not to be tracked, you can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on for your browser, or use a privacy-focused browser extension like uBlock Origin.

Beyond analytics, this site may also set a small number of functional cookies from WordPress and BeTheme (our CMS and theme), used strictly for site operation — not tracking.

When you submit our contact form, you provide us with your name, email address, and your message. This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry.

We will not add you to a mailing list, share your details with third parties, or use your data for any purpose other than responding to your specific request — unless you explicitly ask us to.

By ticking the consent checkbox on the form, you confirm you have read this policy and agree to us processing your submitted data for the purpose of handling your enquiry. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us (see Section 7).

Data retention. Contact form submissions are retained for a maximum of 12 months, after which they are permanently deleted.

This website uses the following external services, each with their own privacy policies:

  • Google Analytics — web analytics. Google Privacy Policy →
  • Google Search Console — SEO and indexing data. Processed by Google, not visible to end users.
  • WordPress.org & BeTheme — CMS and theme powering this site. No personal data is transmitted to them from your visit.

No social media tracking pixels, no YouTube embeds, and no advertising networks are present on this site.

If you are located in the EU or EEA, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Right of access
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you at any time.

Right to erasure
